Line Striping
Orangeworx Contracting Inc. specializes in quality line striping of small to medium sized parking lots with the use of a commercial line painter. Parking layouts are available to maximize parking stalls and provide a safe and appealing parking lot. Line marking can be done on both asphalt and concrete surfaces, with the choice of water-based or oil-based premium paints. Accessible parking (according to AODA standards), arrow markers, bike lanes, crosswalks, numbered parking stalls, and many other applications are available. For road repair or heavy traffic areas thermoplastic lines are also an option. Custom crosswalks and logos can even be created!
Asphalt Repair
We will come by and give you a free assessment to repair your driveway or parking lot of any potholes, cracks, trip hazards, and exposed iron (e.g. manhole covers, sewer drains, and utility covers). We are also able to matchup asphalt to wheelchair accessible parking to the sidewalk to align with AODA standards. Our infrared asphalt heater reuses your existing asphalt to create a strong bond and eliminates saw cuts. Larger patches can be milled and filled with new asphalt. If short term or temporary asphalt is needed, hot box patching and other semi-permanent solutions are available.

Crack Sealing and Seal Coat
Orangeworx Contracting fills cracks with emulsified rubber compound to prevent water from seeping into the base. This is an economical repair option mainly used in commercial settings. Seal coating with asphalt emulsion at properly planned intervals can extend the life of your parking lot or driveway investment significantly, reducing costs long term. Lawn Rolling
